Potluck Spaghetti

List of Ingredients



• 1 (12oz) pkg spaghetti
  
• 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  
• chopped green pepper
  
• chopped onion
  
• 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes; undrained
  
• 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
  
• 1 Tbls. brown sugar
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. chili powder
  
• 1/2 tsp pepper
  
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  
• 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  
• 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Break spaghetti pieces in half. Cook spaghetti according to pkg directions. Rinse and drain.
   
   
2. Meanwhile cook hamburger, pepper and onions til meat is cooked. Drain
   
   
3. In a large bowl mix together the meat mixture, tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar and seasonings.
   
   
4. Stir in spaghetti.
   
   
5. Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan.
   
   
6. Cover and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
   
   
7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered until cheese melts
