-2 tsp bottled minced garlic
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp ground thyme
-1/4 tsp ground red pepper
-1/4 tsp ground black pepper
-4 (6 ounce) bone-in center-cut pork chops,(about 1/2 inch thick)
Recipe
-Combine the first five ingredients.
-Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
-Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with
cooking spray (or shortening) over medium-high heat.
-Add the pork chops.
-Cook for about four minutes on each side or until done and no pink shows.
