Easy Pork Dinner

List of Ingredients
4 large pork loin chops
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
Salt and pepper
4 medium potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Italian dressingRecipe
Marinate pork chops in 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chops from marinade.
Brown chops on both sides in skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place browned chops in a baking dish.
Layer potatoes and onion over chops.
Dot with butter.
Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chops and potatoes are tender.
Serves 4.
