    Easy and Delicious Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients




    -4-5 (1-inch thick) boneless pork chops, trimmed
    -2-3 tablespoon butter
    -1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
    -Onion salt (to taste)
    -1 large can sliced mushrooms
    -1 packet pork gravy
    -2 regular-size cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
    -1 medium onion (optional)

    Recipe



    -Brown butter in an electric skillet until brown and foamy.
    -Season pork chops with onion salt and pepper.
    -Add pork chops to skillet and cover, turning occasionally (brown both sides well).
    -When cooked through, transfer to oven-proof dish and place in warm oven.
    -Pour entire can of sliced mushrooms (including water the mushrooms are packed in) into pan to de-glaze, add onions to sauté (if desired).
    -Mix in cans of condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (no need to dilute, just dump in the cans!) and add pork gravy packet.
    -Stir thoroughly and simmer until a smooth, dark-brown gravy forms. (Season with onion salt, if needed.)

    -Remove pork chops from oven and pour gravy over top before serving.

    -Great over mashed potatoes or noodles.
