Ginger Pork

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbls.oil
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin cut into strips
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 Tbls. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp.sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup water
- 3 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in fry pan and stir fry the pork strips and garlic for 3-4 minutes
- Combine soy sauce, sugar and ginger; add to fry pan.
- Reduce heat to medium; and stir fry until pork is no longer pink 4-5 minutes.
- Combine water and cornstarch until smooth; add to fry pan. Bring to a boil and stir 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
