    Ginger Pork

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbls.oil
    • 1 lb. pork tenderloin cut into strips
    • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    • 4 Tbls. soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp.sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    • 1 cup water
    • 3 tsp. cornstarch
    • 4 cups hot cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in fry pan and stir fry the pork strips and garlic for 3-4 minutes

    2. Combine soy sauce, sugar and ginger; add to fry pan.

    3. Reduce heat to medium; and stir fry until pork is no longer pink 4-5 minutes.

    4. Combine water and cornstarch until smooth; add to fry pan. Bring to a boil and stir 2 minutes.

    5. Serve over rice.
