List of Ingredients
-6 pork chops
-5 to 6 med. size potatoes
-1 sm. head cabbage
-1 med. onion
-Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
-Lightly brown pork chops in a skillet in 1 tbsp. oil.
-Line bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish with pork chops.
-Peel and slice potatoes in thin slices.
-Layer over pork chops.
-Add shredded cabbage over potatoes, top with thinly sliced onion.
