Sour Cream Pork Chops

-¾ cup flour
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-½ tsp garlic pwdr.
-2 Tablespoons oil
-6 thick cut boneless pork chops
-1 large onion
-1 can beef broth
-1 (16 oz) sour cream
Recipe
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in plastic bag. Coat pork chops in flour mixture by shaking in bag.
2. In skillet brown chops in oil. Place in 9x13 baking dish and top each chop with onion slice.
3. Blend 2 -3 tablespoons of flour with dripping in skillet to form a paste. Add broth and stir until it thickens. Stir in sour cream. When sauce is well blended pour over chops.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 1 hour covered, then uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
