Chicken Ceasar Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 Tbls. oil
- 1/4 tsp each of: basil and oregeno
- 1/2 tsp. each of: garlic salt, pepper and paprika
- 4 cups of torn lettuce (Romaine is best )
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- Caesar Salad Dressing
- Caesar Salad Croutons
Instructions
- Brush chicken pieces with oil.
- Combine the seasonings all together.
- Sprinkle seasonings over chicken.
- Grill or pan fry for 12-15 minutes uncovered, turning several times.
- Arrange lettuce on 4 plates and top with the tomato slices.
- Cut each breast into strips and place on top of tomatoes.
- Drizzle with salad dressing and top with croutons.
