    List of Ingredients




    -2 c fresh mushrooms
    -2TB butter-to saute mushrooms
    -12 chix breast halves skinned and deboned
    -1/2 c flour
    -1/3 c butter - to cook chicken
    -3/4c Marsala wine
    -1/2 c chix broth
    -1/2 tsp salt
    -1/8 tsp pepper
    -1/2 c mozz cheese grated
    -1/2 c grated parm cheese
    -1/4 c chopped green onion

    Recipe



    -Saute mushrooms in 2T butter until tender.
    -Remove from heat and set aside.

    -Cut chicken breast in 1/2 and pound thin to 1/8 inch
    -Dredge chicken in flour and coat both sides.

    -Melt butter in skillet and add chicken- cook over medium 3-4 min on both sides or until golden.
    -Put chix in Pam sprayed 13x9x2 baking dish-overlap edges.
    -Repeat with remaining chicken.
    -Reserve pan drippings in skillet.
    -Sprinkle reserved mushrooms over chicken.

    -Add wine and broth to reserve pan drippings-BOIL- simmer uncovered low.
    -Add Salt and pepper.
    -Pour over chicken
    -Combine cheese and green onion-pour over chicken.

    -Bake uncovered 450 12-14 min then broil 1-2 min.

    -Serve over rice
