Chicken and Rice Dinner

- 1 fryer chicken, cut up
- 1/3 cups flour
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 2 1/3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper taste
- chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in fry pan.
- Dredge chicken in flour mix and fry in oil til brown on all sides.
- Meanwhile combine the water, rice, milk, and seasonings.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Lay fried chicken pieces on top of rice.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake @ 350 for 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle on parsley right before serving.
