Country Chicken & Corn Bread Bake

List of Ingredients
2 (7oz) pkg corn bread mix
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 Tbls. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (10oz) can chicken broth
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced (I OMIT these)
Recipe
Prepare corn bread according to package directions.
Bake, cool and crumble; set aside.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Saute the onions in butter until tender; add the cornbread and mix well.
Remove from heat.
Spread 1/2 of the corn bread in an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.
Combine the soups, broth and chicken.
Pour over the cornbread.
Arrange egg slices on top if using.
Spread remaining corn bread mixture over top of soup/chicken.
Bake until heated through, 35-40 minutes.
