Creamy Chicken Tomato

List of Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbls. oil
- 1 can Italian diced tomatoes; undrained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- Hot cooked noodles
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken in oil over medium heat until juices run clear.
- Remove and keep warm.
- Add the soup and tomatoes to the skillet.
- Cook and stir til heated through.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, and top with the cheese,
- Cover until the cheese is melted.
- Serve over the warm noodles
