    Creamy Chicken and Biscuits

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
    • 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits


    Instructions


    1. In a skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender.
    2. Stir in flour and salt and pepper until smooth.
    3. Gradually add the milk and broth and bring to a boil.
    4. Reduce heat and simmer til thickened.
    5. Stir in chicken.
    6. Keep warm.
    7. Cook biscuits according to package directions.
    8. Split biscuits and serve creamed chicken over top of the warm biscuits.
