Creamy Chicken and Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- In a skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender.
- Stir in flour and salt and pepper until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk and broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer til thickened.
- Stir in chicken.
- Keep warm.
- Cook biscuits according to package directions.
- Split biscuits and serve creamed chicken over top of the warm biscuits.
