List of Ingredients
Dry Mix
-1/2 c. bread crumbs
-1/4 c. Parmesan, grated
-1 tsp. chili powder
-1/4 tsp. cumin
-1/4 tsp. pepper
-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded flat
-1/2 lb. Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, cut into 8 slices
-8 sprigs fresh cilantro
Recipe
-Place a piece of cheese and cilantro on a chicken breast.
-Roll up, and secure with a toothpick.
-Brush with oil, and coat with dry mix.
-Bake at 400, for 35 mins, or at 375, for 1 hr.
