    Tomato and Cheese Baked Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 Fresh Split Chicken Breasts
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
    • 4 green onions; thinly sliced
    • 2 (4oz ea) pkg. Black-pepper-and-Parmesan Cheese Spread


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    2. Place in a greased roasting pan.
    3. Pat tomatoes with paper towel and chop.
    4. Gently stir the tomatoes and onions into the cheese.
    5. Spread mixture over tops of chicken breasts.
    6. Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes or until juices run clear.
    7. * Serves 4
