Turkey Hollandaise

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh broccoli
- 1 6 oz pkg stuffing mix
- 1 envelope hollandaise sauce mix
- 2 cups cut up turkey ( or chicken)
- 1 small can french-fried onions
Instructions
- Simmer broccoli in water in sauce pan for 5-6 minutes.Drain and set aside
- Prepare the stuffing and hollandaise according to pkg directions.
- Spoon prepared stuffing into an 11x7 greased pan.
- Top with the turkey or chicken.
- Arrange drained broccoli on top of meat.
- Spoon prepared sauce mix over top of meat.
- Sprinkle with onions.
- Bake; uncovered @ 325 for 25-30 minutes.
