Bacon and Jack Pizza

- 1 refriferated pizza crust
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbls. margarine
- 1 Tbls. flour
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb bacon cut up and fried
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Montery Jack cheese
- 3 grren onions sliced thin.
Instructions
- Unroll the pizza crust and press onto a greased pizza pan.
- Prick dough a little and bake @ 425 for 7-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a sauce pan saute the onions and garlic in butter until tender.
- Stir in flour and pepper until well blended.
- Gradually add the milk and bouillon.
- Bring to a boil; cooking and stirring til thick.
- Reduce heat and stir in the parmesan.
- Spread over the hot crust.
- Sprinkle with bacon, jack cheese and green onions.
- Bake @ 425 for 8-10 more minutes until the cheese is melted..
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
