    List of Ingredients


    • 1 refriferated pizza crust
    • 1/3 cup chopped onions
    • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    • 1 Tbls. margarine
    • 1 Tbls. flour
    • pepper to taste
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 lb bacon cut up and fried
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded Montery Jack cheese
    • 3 grren onions sliced thin.


    Instructions


    1. Unroll the pizza crust and press onto a greased pizza pan.
    2. Prick dough a little and bake @ 425 for 7-10 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile in a sauce pan saute the onions and garlic in butter until tender.
    4. Stir in flour and pepper until well blended.
    5. Gradually add the milk and bouillon.
    6. Bring to a boil; cooking and stirring til thick.
    7. Reduce heat and stir in the parmesan.
    8. Spread over the hot crust.
    9. Sprinkle with bacon, jack cheese and green onions.
    10. Bake @ 425 for 8-10 more minutes until the cheese is melted..
    11. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
