Deep Dish Sausage Pizza

- 1 loaf (1lb) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 2 tsp. cornmeal
- 1 3/4 cups pizza sauce
- 1/2 lb. sausage cooked and drained (Italian or Country)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded pizza blend cheese
- 1 tsp. oregeno
- green pepper and onion slices
Instructions
- On a lightly floured surface, roll and stretch dough into a 9" circle.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Roll and stretch the dough into a 12" circle.
- Sprinkle corn meal into a 9" greased springform pan.
- Place dough in pan and press 1" up the sides of the pan.
- Spread pizza sauce over crust.
- Top with sausage, 1 cup of cheese, oregeno, green peppers and onions.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake @ 425 for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Remove and let stand 5 minutes before removing sides of pan.
