Cheddar Potato and Gravy Bake

List of Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10.5 oz) can Chicken or Turkey Gravy
- Paprika
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- layer 1/2 of the potatoes in a 2 qt. shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam.
- Top with all of the onion and the remaining potatoes.
- Pour gravy over all.
- Sprinkle with the paprika.
- Cover and bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
- Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Bake an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
