    Chicken in a Biscuit Cheese Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potato cubes, THAWED
    ½ cup chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cheddar soup
    1 (16 oz.) cont. sour cream
    ¼ tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) block extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    ½ small onion, finely chopped
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 cups finely crushed Chicken-in-a-Biscuit crackers
    6 Tbl. melted butter
    ¼ tsp. garlic powder

    Recipe

    Mix in lg. bowl, soups, sour cream, garlic powder, cheddar, onion, celery and poultry seasoning.
    Fold in potatoes.
    Pour/spoon into lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
    Spread top smooth.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers over top evenly and evenly drizzle melted butter mixed with garlic powder over top coating all crumbs.
    Or, toss crushed crackers with melted butter and garlic powder and sprinkle over top evenly.
    Bake at 350º for about 40-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 8-10
