    -1 Envelope Vegetable Soup Mix

    -4 Cups Mashed Potatoes -- Hot

    -1 Cup Swiss Cheese -- Shredded

    -1/2 Cup Green Onion -- Chopped

    -1 egg -- Lightly Beaten

    -1/8 Teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    -Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
    -In lightly greased casserole, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the cheese.
    -Bake for 40 minutes.
    -Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
