List of Ingredients
- 1 large bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- chopped onion to your taste
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups corn flakes crushed to 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Thaw the potatoes
- Add together the soup, sour cream, cheese,salt and pepper, margarine, onion and Rice Krispies. Blend together
- Add potatoes to mixture, and pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan
- Sprinkle topping over potatoes
- Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
