    Hash Brown Casserole # 2

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large bag frozen hash browns
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 pint sour cream
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 cup melted margarine
    • chopped onion to your taste
    • 2 cups Rice Krispies
    • TOPPING:
    • 1/4 cup melted margarine
    • 2 cups corn flakes crushed to 1/2 cup


    Instructions


    1. Thaw the potatoes

    2. Add together the soup, sour cream, cheese,salt and pepper, margarine, onion and Rice Krispies. Blend together

    3. Add potatoes to mixture, and pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan

    4. Sprinkle topping over potatoes

    5. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
