    -6-7 Irish potatoes, unpeeled & sliced 2" thick

    Coating:
    -1/2 c. flour
    -1 tsp. salt
    -1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    -1 tsp. pepper
    -1/2 tsp. chili powder
    -1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    -1/2 tsp. onion salt

    Recipe



    -Mix the coating ingredients
    -Dredge potatoes in mixture.
    -Place in casserole dish.
    -Cut 1 stick butter over potatoes.
    -Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
