Onion Potato Packets

• 6 potatoes
  
• 1 large onion, sliced
  
• Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
  






Instructions



1. Cut a piece of foil for each potato 9 about (12" square)
   
   
2. Cut each potato into 5 slices
   
   
3. Reassemble the potato by putting a slice of onion between each potato slice.
   
   
4. Place on a piece of foil and salt and pepper to taste.
   
   
5. Pour 2-3 Tbls. of Dressing on the potato and wrap tightly in foil. Seal all edges.
   
   
6. Grill for 50-60 minutes or bake @ 350 for 60 minutes.
   
   
7. Assemble 1 packet for each potato.
