2 pounds frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
16 ounces finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter or margarineRecipe
Combine potatoes, 1/4 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; mix well and pour into buttered 9-by- 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over all and drizzle remaining butter over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
