Paprika Baked Potatoes

My own easy baked potatoes
List of Ingredients
- 4 Large Russet or any baking potaoes
- 2 Tbls. margarine melted
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbls. chives
- Sour Cream
Instructions
- Clean potatoes; leaving skins on.
- Cut poatoes in half lengthwise.
- Score potato halves widthwise 5-6 times each; fanning potatoes slightly
- Place in a baking dish.
- Melt margarine and ad in paprika and salt and pepper.
- Brush margarine over tops of potatoes.
- Bake uncovered @ 350 for 60 minutes.
- Serve with additional margarine and sour cream.
- Sprinkle chives on top.
