    • 4 small red potatoes
    • 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. crushed bay leaf
    • 8 slices of bacon, cut in half crosswise


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400
    2. Wash potatoes and cut into quarters.
    3. Mix seasoning together and sprinkle them over the potato wedges.
    4. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each potato wedge.
    5. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle any remaining seasonings on the potato wraps.
    6. Bake, uncovered at least 20 minutes, until bacon is crispy and potatoes are cooked through.
    7. Drain on paper towels.
    8. Serve with sour cream.
