Shredded Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 3 - 4 potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 8 oz pkg velveeta
- margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel potatoes and shred
- Shred onions
- Layer in a greased casserole 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cheese and dot with butter salt and pepper.
- Repeat layers
- Cover loosely with foil and cook 45 - 55 minutes @ 350
Final Comments
We always called these meat loaf potatoes because my mom made them with her meatloaf
