8 oz. container fat free Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
22 oz. can crushed pineapple
4 green apples, chopped
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip and dry pudding.
Add crushed pineapple with juice, mix in apples and peanuts.
Refrigerate 1 hour and serve.
