Vegetable: Chinese Cabbage Salad

List of Ingredients
-1 head Nappa Valley Cabbage
-3 or 4 green onions
-1/2 cup sesame seeds
-1/2 cup butter
-2 Tablespoons sugar
-4 oz (1/2 cup) sliced almonds
-2 packages of broken ramen noodles
Dressing:
-1 cup Vegetable Oil
-1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
-1/2 cup sugar
-2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
-Cut cabbage and onions, put in large bowl.
-In frying pan melt butter.
-Mixin sugar, almonds, sesame seeds and ramen noodles.
-Cook until brown.
-Remove from pan and place on cabbage.
-Mix together.
-Add dressing right before serving.
-Enjoy.
