Fruit: Mandarin Orange Salad

List of Ingredients
-4 ounces tapioca pudding mix
-4 ounces orange Jello mix
-4 ounces vanilla pudding (not instant)
-8 ounces whipped topping
-2 cups drained mandarin orange segments
-3 cups water
Recipe
-Drain orange segments and reserve liquid.
-In a large sauce pan combine tapioca, Jello and vanilla pudding.
-Add water to orange segment liquid to total 3 cups and stir into dry ingredients.
-Over medium heat bring to a rolling boil.
-Pour orange mixture into a bowl to chill overnight.
-Mix whipped topping with chilled orange mixture.
-Add orange segments and fold until well mixed.
-Garnish with mandarin oranges.
-Refrigerate.
