List of Ingredients
8 oz. Rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
½ cup French dressing, divided
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into tiny cubes
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup chopped green pepper
3-4 Tablespoons red onion, chopped
Recipe
While pasta is still warm toss with salt, pepper, celery, green pepper, red onion and ¼ cup of the French dressing. Refrigerate several hours or over night..
Combine remaining French dressing and mayonnaise, stir into salad.
Fold in cheese cubes.
Refrigerate to blend flavors.
