    Potato: Pimiento Potato Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cooked and sliced (DO NOT PEEL)
    • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
    • 1 (2oz) jar pimientos, drained
    • 1 (8oz) bottle Italian Salad Dressing


    Instructions


    1. In an ungreased, glass 9x13 dish, layer half of the potatoes, onions and pimientos.

    2. Pour 1/2 of dressing on top of this.

    3. Repeat the layers.

    4. Cover and refrigerate over night.

    5. Stir before serving.

    6. 12 Servings
