Potato: Pimiento Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cooked and sliced (DO NOT PEEL)
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 (2oz) jar pimientos, drained
- 1 (8oz) bottle Italian Salad Dressing
Instructions
- In an ungreased, glass 9x13 dish, layer half of the potatoes, onions and pimientos.
- Pour 1/2 of dressing on top of this.
- Repeat the layers.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- Stir before serving.
