List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. spiral macaroni cooked,rinsed and drained
  
• 3 tomatoes; peeled and diced
  
• 1 lb. cubed cheddar cheese ( I use pkg'd shredded)
  
• 2 bunches green onions sliced
  
• 3 oz pkg sliced pepperoni
  
• 3/4 cup oil
  
• 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  
• 2 tsp. oregeno
  
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
  
• salt and pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. In a very large salad bowl combine the macaroni, tomatoes,cheddar cheese, onions and pepperoni and mix through.
   
   
2. In a small bowl combine the oil, parmesan, vinegar and seasonings.
   
   
3. Pour over the macaroni.
   
   
4. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
   
   
5. Stir right before serving.
