    8 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 cup celery
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1 package ranch dressing mix
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe



    Mix the potatoes, celery and onion. Combine the ranch dressing with mayonnaise and water. Mix well. Add to potato mixture. Toss and chill before serving.

    Yield: 8 to 10 servings
