    Pasta: Spaghetti Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb spaghetti (broken into bite size pieces)
    • DRESSING:
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 Tbls. horseradish mustard
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp celery salt and pepper to taste
    • DICED VEGETABLES:
    • green onions
    • cucumbers
    • tomatoes
    • red or green peppers
    • carrots
    • radishes


    Instructions


    1. Cook,rinse and drain spaghetti; set aside

    2. Beat dressing ingredients together in a sauce pan and boil for 2 miutes.

    3. Pour hot dressing over spaghetti and season with the celery salt and pepper.

    4. Toss, cool and refrigerate over night covered.

    5. Right before serving add chopped veggies of your choice. I usually use green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and red pepper.

    6. Toss again and serve cold.

    This needs to refrigerate over night
