    Tomatoes in Vinaigrette

    List of Ingredients

    3 T. vinegar
    3 T. canola oil
    2 T. sugar
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2-3 sliced Roma tomatoes
    red onion

    Recipe

    Mix first four ingredients and shake in jar.
    Pour over sliced tomatoes and a couple slices of red onion.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.

    Note: Cook adds fresh basil when it’s on hand.
