Favorite Crock Pot Italian Beef*

List of Ingredients
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp. oregeno
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- thinly sliced and diced onion
- 1 3-4 lb roast ( I always use chuck)
- 8 sandwich rolls
Instructions
- Mix all seasonings and rub over roast
- Place roast in crock pot
- Put in amount of onion to taste
- Cook on low in crock pot for 8 hours
- Remove from pot; and shred
- Replace in juices and serve on rolls
