    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp garlic salt
    • 2 tsp. oregeno
    • 1 tsp rosemary
    • 1 tsp. caraway seeds
    • 1 tsp dried marjoram
    • 1 tsp celery seed
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • thinly sliced and diced onion
    • 1 3-4 lb roast ( I always use chuck)
    • 8 sandwich rolls


    Instructions


    1. Mix all seasonings and rub over roast

    2. Place roast in crock pot

    3. Put in amount of onion to taste

    4. Cook on low in crock pot for 8 hours

    5. Remove from pot; and shred

    6. Replace in juices and serve on rolls
