French Dip Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
- 3-4 lb roast ( I use a chuck roast )
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 pkg good seasons Italian dressing mix
- 1 pkg dry au jus mix
- 1 beef broth can of water
Instructions
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the roast.
- Cook on low all day ( 8 hours )
- Remove meat from crock pot and shred.
- Return to juices in pot.
- Serve on french rolls with juice for dipping.
Final Comments
This is good and so easy cuz you put it in the crock pot and forget it.
