Marinated Beef Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
- 1 4lb. roast; rump or chuch
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbls. lemon juice
- 3 onions sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
Instructions
- In a gallon sized resealable plastic bag, place the roast
- In a small bowl combine the next 7 ingredients and pour into the bag.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Transfer the roast and marinade to a crock pot and cook on low all day (8-9) hours until tender.
- Remove meat and slice thin or shred.
- Serve beef on rolls with juice.
