Meatball Sandwich Squares

2 (11 oz) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crusty french Loaf
1 (15 oz) can pizza sauce
1 (18 oz) pkg. frozen, cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
4 oz (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Place oven rack in lowest position, heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Carefully unroll 1 can of dough onto sprayed cookie sheet; press to form 14×12-inch rectangle. Spread dough with pizza sauce. Top with meatballs and mozzarella cheese.
Place 18×15-inch sheet of parchment paper on work surface. Unroll remaining can of dough onto paper; press to form 15×13-inch rectangle. Using paper to lift dough carefully invert dough onto meatball-topped to make sandwich. Remove paper. With fork, seal edges. sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
