List of Ingredients
- 5 lb roast ( Sirloin Tip)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 Tbls. oregeno
- 1 1/2 Tbls. salt
- 2 Tbls. Sweet Basil
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 -3 garlic buds
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Place meat in a roasting pan with a lid.
- Add all seasonings with the water and place in a 325 over for 3 hours
- Remove and slice thin
- Replace in juice
- Serve on french bread. Dip in juices
- This is better if made 3-4 days ahead of time and refigerated, reheated and served.
