    Green Onion Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    -½ c. Mayonnaise
    -3 tbsp. Heavy Cream
    -2-3 drops Tabasco Sauce
    -1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    -1 tsp. Lemon Juice
    -1/8 tsp. Dry Mustard
    -1/2 tsp. Salt
    -1/8 tsp. Pepper
    -1/4 of a Jalapeno, seeded & diced fine
    -1/8 tsp. Sugar
    -3 tbsp. Finely chopped Green Onion


    Recipe

    -Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
    -Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    -Serve cold with crab cakes.

    NOTE:::
    -I dry roasted the jalapeno & 1 clove of garlic before adding to the sauce.
