    -3/4 c. chili sauce or ketchup
    -1 med. jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    -2 tbsp. freshly minced parsley or cilantro
    -Juice of 1 lime
    -1 tbsp. Mescal or Tequila

    -Combine all ingredients and mix well.
