Spaghetti Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 cans ( 11.5 oz each ) tomato juice
- 3 cans ( 6 oz) tomato paste
- 1/2 oz jar dries celery flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tsp. Italian seasonings
- salt and pepper to taste
- finely chopped green onion
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 pkg. keilbasa cut into chunks*
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan combine first eight ingedients.
- Add onions and garlic to taste.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; add keilbasa.
- Simmer at least 1 hour.
- Serve over spaghetti.
- * sometimes I use meatballs instead of keilbasa.

I let this simmer all day long
