    Spaghetti Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups water
    • 2 cans ( 11.5 oz each ) tomato juice
    • 3 cans ( 6 oz) tomato paste
    • 1/2 oz jar dries celery flakes
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 Tsp. Italian seasonings
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • finely chopped green onion
    • garlic salt to taste
    • 1 pkg. keilbasa cut into chunks*


    Instructions


    1. In a large sauce pan combine first eight ingedients.

    2. Add onions and garlic to taste.

    3. Bring to a boil.

    4. Reduce heat; add keilbasa.

    5. Simmer at least 1 hour.

    6. Serve over spaghetti.

    7. * sometimes I use meatballs instead of keilbasa.



    Final Comments


    I let this simmer all day long
