List of Ingredients
-Soy sauce 1 Cup
-Dry white wine 1& 1/2 Cup (SAKE is better if you can get it)
-Granulated Sugar l Cup
-Ginger 2 slices
-Garlic 2 Cloves
Recipe
-Combine all the inredients
-Cook until it comes to a boil
-Set on “simmer”, cook until sauce sets thick (about 1 hour)
-At this point, take out the pieces of Ginger & the Garlic
***Your sauce in now ready to use at BAR B Qs on Chicken (very good), hamburgers, steak, SHRIMP, & even Salmon!
