Vermicelli with Fresh Herb-Tomato Sauce

7 oz uncooked vermicelli
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbls. chopped fresh basil
2 Tbls. chopped fresh chives
2 Tbls. Olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 clove garlic, mincedRecipe
Cook and drain the vermicelli
In a large bowl, mix up all of the other ingredients
Gently stir in the vermicelli til coated.
