Broccoli Cheese Soup

List of Ingredients
-1 cup water
-1 Chicken Bouillon cube
-1 10 ounce frozen Broccoli
-1 medium carrot, grated
-2 Tablespoon Butter
-3 Tablespoon Flour
-2 Cups Milk
-1 pound processed American Cheese, cubed (I buy the slices without the plastic and then cube the slices.)
=1 can Cream of Chicken soup
=1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
-1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
-Cook the first 4 ingredients together in a medium sauce pan, until broccoli is tender.
-Remove from heat and set aside, don't drain!
-In a separate large sauce pan, melt the butter and add flour making a paste.
-Then add milk and wisk until smooth.
-Add Cream of Chicken soup, onion, Worcestershire
sauce, and cheese.
-Once cheese is completely melted, add the broccoli mixture to the white sauce.
-Cook for about 30 minutes on a low heat.
-Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.
-Taste great reheated!
-If you plan to serve more you might
want to double this recipe
