Broccoli Noodle Soup

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbls. margarine
- 6 cups water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 12 oz pkg. medium noodles
- 1 bag frozen broccoli chopped up
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Saute the onion in margarine in a large kettle til soft.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add the bouillon and cook until dissolved.
- Add noodles and sprinkle with some garlic powder.
- Cook 4 minutes.
- Add broccoli.
- Cook 4 more minutes.
- Add the milk and cheese and simmer on very low until cheese melts.
- Stir constantly to keep cheese from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Serve as soon as cheese melts.
