Broccoli Potato Soup

List of Ingredients
1 cup broccoli
2 cups potatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1 TB butter
hot sauce to taste
1/2 cup sour creamRecipe
Cook chopped broccoli and cubed potatoes in the chicken broth until tender.
Puree broccoli, potatoes and broth in blender until smooth.
Put back into pot and add butter, cook until butter is incorporated into soup.
To serve ladle into bowls and swirl one tablespoon of sour cream into top of soup, then add hot sauce to taste on top of sour cream.
(This recipe can be made low fat by substituting low fat chicken broth, deleting the butter and sour cream) It still tastes great, just not as rich.
